Senior Human Resources Business Partner

TLC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our Geelong and North-West portfolios.

Working closely with General Managers and operational leaders, you'll provide strategic and operational HR support across workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching and organisational change.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders across multiple business units, providing strategic and operational HR support in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting organisational growth, driving people initiatives, managing employee relations matters, and contributing to key business projects.

Based at our Head Office overlooking Albert Park Lake, you'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing HR team.

The Opportunity

As a HR Business partner, you will

• Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals
• Coach and support leaders through performance, employee and industrial relations matters
• Provide expert advice on Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation
• Support workforce planning, talent management and succession initiatives
• Analyse workforce data and trends to inform decision-making
• Lead and support organisational change and continuous improvement projects
• Build leadership capability and high-performing teams
• Foster an engaged, inclusive and values-driven culture

About You

You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships and influencing positive outcomes.

You'll bring

HR Business Partner experience within a complex, multi-site environment

Strong employee and industrial relations knowledge

Experience coaching and influencing leaders at all levels

Sound understanding of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

A practical, solutions-focused approach

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline

Experience within healthcare, aged care or another highly regulated industry will be highly regarded.

Requirements

Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
