This role scans benchmarks and the competitive landscape, understands customer needs and business objectives, and turns them into a prioritized roadmap with clear sequencing, rationale, and business cases. It works closely with internal partners across T-Mobile and with external banking and platform partners to draft features, capabilities, requirements, and user stories, and to launch, run, and grow the business.

The Sr Product Manager is ultimately accountable and responsible for T-Mobile's internal and external products, platforms, services, and experiences created to achieve that purpose.
At a high level this means identifying the intersection of customer problems and unmet needs, technical feasibility, business goals, and funding, and leading a cross-functional team and key partners to deliver against the opportunity.
