We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and operational programs across multiple business and technology teams. This role is responsible for driving program execution, managing strategic priorities, coordinating milestone delivery, identifying risks and gaps, and enabling organizational efficiency through process optimization and automation.
The ideal candidate is a strong program leader who thrives in ambiguity, excels at stakeholder management, and has a demonstrated ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
