Take ownership of the operations behind a growing sales organisation

TOMRA Collection is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Belgrade and become a key operational partner to our UK Key Account and Sales teams.

If your background is in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Coordination or Sales Support, this is an opportunity to take on broader ownership and play an important role in how a busy international sales organisation operates.

This isn't a role about simply processing requests. You'll take ownership of the processes and coordination behind major customer opportunities, helping ensure that quotations, approvals, CRM data, technical information, proposals and internal actions keep moving.

What you'll own

Working closely with UK Key Account Managers and Sales Managers, you'll provide the structure and operational discipline that enables the sales team to concentrate on customers and commercial opportunities.

You'll

  • Drive sales operations and coordination, maintaining visibility of opportunities, actions, owners, deadlines and customer commitments.
  • Own CRM and pipeline quality, helping maintain accurate account, opportunity, timing, value and next-action information in UPSales.
  • Coordinate the quotation process, from customer requirements and internal approvals through to accurate commercial documentation.
  • Support pipeline and forecasting activities, ensuring high-quality information is available for pipeline reviews and management reporting.
  • Enable Key Account Managers, preparing information for important customer meetings and driving agreed actions afterwards.
  • Coordinate commercial and technical information, connecting Sales with Technical, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing and other specialists.
  • Support proposals and tenders, coordinating inputs, documentation, deadlines and quality.
  • Strengthen Sales-to-Operations handovers, ensuring won opportunities are properly documented before moving into execution.
  • Improve commercial processes, identifying unnecessary delays, information gaps and opportunities to improve workflows, templates, CRM usage and standardisation.
  • More than traditional Sales Support
  • The Key Account Manager retains ownership of the customer relationship, commercial decisions, negotiations and closing. You own much of what makes the commercial process work effectively around them.
  • That means proactively following up actions, connecting stakeholders, resolving gaps and maintaining momentum until there is a clear outcome or agreed next step.
  • For someone coming from Sales Operations, this offers exposure across the commercial lifecycle, including CRM and pipeline management, quotations, proposals, technical coordination, operational handovers and process improvement.
  • Ready to make things happen?
  • If you're the person who spots what's missing, brings structure to complexity and keeps commercial activity moving, we'd like to hear from you.
  • Join TOMRA in Belgrade and help us build an efficient, responsive and scalable commercial operation supporting our UK business.

What you bring

We're particularly interested in people with 2+ years' experience across Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Commercial Coordination, Customer Operations or a comparable B2B environment.

Strong experience coordinating commercial processes and multiple stakeholders.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Experience working with CRM, ERP or other business systems and maintaining high-quality commercial data.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Word.

A commercial mindset and an understanding of how internal processes ultimately affect customers.

Confidence working across Sales, Technical, Operations and Finance.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing visibility.

Most importantly, a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

Experience supporting a UK or international sales organisation would be an advantage, as would experience with technical B2B products, quotations, proposals, tenders, UPSales, Dynamics 365, Order-to-Cash or shared-service environments.

Why TOMRA?

You'll have the opportunity to work across the full commercial process, rather than owning one narrow piece of Sales Administration.

You'll support UK customer opportunities from pipeline and quotation through commercial coordination and ultimately into operational handover. You'll also have scope to identify recurring problems and improve the templates, workflows, approval routes and CRM practices that underpin the sales process.

For an experienced Sales Operations professional, it's an opportunity to combine commercial operations, stakeholder management and process improvement within an international environment.

Join a company that combines purpose with innovation where your work has real impact, and your ideas help shape a better future.
