Junior Enterprise Architecture Resource

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Enterprise Architecture Resource to support our Enterprise Architecture (EA) team with architecture repository management, CMDB data quality, documentation, and governance activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, application and technology landscapes, and architecture repository maintenance. Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Enterprise Architecture tools or repositories will be an added advantage.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with Enterprise Architects and business and technology stakeholders, contribute to architecture governance, and develop expertise in Enterprise Architecture over time. Key Responsibilities: Support the Enterprise Architecture team with day-to-day architecture activities and repository maintenance. Assist in setting up, maintaining, and improving the Enterprise Architecture Repository and CMDB.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about business applications, IT systems, technology components, and their relationships. Perform data quality checks, identify inconsistencies or gaps, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them. Assist in collecting, validating, organizing, and documenting architecture-related information. Support architecture governance activities, standards compliance, and repository management processes.

Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, and technology teams to gather and validate architecture information. Assist with application inventory management, technology landscape documentation, and dependency mapping. Help improve repository completeness, consistency, accuracy, and usability. Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and track follow-up actions related to architecture and governance activities.

Identify opportunities to improve repository processes, data quality, and architecture documentation practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5–7 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Architecture, Architecture Analysis, CMDB management, or related areas. Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, including business applications, application landscapes, technology components, and system relationships.

Experience working with an Enterprise Architecture Repository, application inventory, technology repository, or CMDB. Strong documentation, data validation, and data quality management skills. Ability to gather information from multiple stakeholders and maintain accurate architecture records. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. Attention to detail and a structured approach to maintaining data accuracy and consistency.

Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB . Familiarity with Configuration Items (CIs), CI relationships, and CMDB data quality. Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as LeanIX, Bizzdesign, Ardoq, Avolution ABACUS, Orbus iServer, or Sparx Enterprise Architect. Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or modeling languages such as ArchiMate. Familiarity with ITIL, configuration management, application portfolio management, and architecture governance.

Experience supporting CMDB setup, architecture repository onboarding, data reconciliation, or repository improvement initiatives.
