In this role, you'll
- Be working as part of a team delivering bespoke ferry programs and projects that drive better customer and operational outcomes.
- This role will see you lead program delivery, manage multiple projects across scope, time and budget, and partner with stakeholders to drive end-to-end improvements.
- You’ll build strong relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced environment, ensuring governance, reporting and risk are well managed.
- This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity up to 31 December 2027, based in Sydney, with a combination of work based and flexible working arrangements.

About you
- You’ve got strong project and program delivery experience across maritime operational environments, and you’re a trusted partner who can influence at all levels.
- You’re a confident communicator, skilled at managing diverse stakeholders, navigating complexity and delivering multiple interconnected projects with real impact.
- You’ve got experience with preparing and maintaining documentation specific to the maritime and ferry industries, and can hit the ground running in a high volume project team.
- You’ve got a sharp commercial and customer focus, with the ability to solve problems, manage risk and adapt - whether on-site with technical teams or engaging senior stakeholders.
