Salary Range: $75,555 - $86,888.25 $3,000 Sign-on Bonus! Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 hour shifts) or Tuesday - Friday (10 hour shifts) Primary Office Locations: 6200 N Hiawatha Ave. Chicago IL 60646 & 8541 S State St. Chicago IL 60619 The Program Manager (590) provides programmatic oversight, quality assurance, and operational leadership for crisis services funded through the IDHS DBHR 590 grant stream. This role is responsible for ensuring that 590-funded programming meets all regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements while achieving program outcomes aligned with Trilogy's strategic priorities.
The Program Manager (590) leads community collaboration efforts, monitors operational performance, and contributes to the sustainability and growth of the crisis program.
