Vice President, Corporate Development

Trilon Group is a private equity-backed investment platform acquiring and scaling leading infrastructure consulting businesses. We partner with best-in-class firms to accelerate growth through investment in people, technology, operational capabilities, and targeted M&A. We are hiring a Vice President of Corporate Development to lead transactions from the first substantive conversation through diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration.

This role offers significant autonomy and visibility. The Vice President will work closely with the Head of M&A, Trilon's executive team, regional leaders, and partner firm presidents while leading and developing Analysts and Associates. The position is well suited for someone with a strong M&A foundation who is ready to become accountable for moving complex transactions forward and ensuring each deal creates long-term value.

The role is based in Trilon's Denver office and requires regular in-office presence.
