O que faz essa posição ser boa!

Nesta função, irá atuar como a ligação crucial entre a análise detalhada de dados de frete e a gestão da base de dados de contratos, assegurando a precisão dos acordos de transporte enquanto impulsiona estratégias eficientes e económicas num ambiente internacional colaborativo.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar análises detalhadas dos custos de transporte para otimizar estratégias globais de gestão de fretes.
• Configurar contratos de frete e manter a documentação de manutenção de tarifas completa e precisa no sistema de base de dados.
• Interagir diretamente com clientes para resolver questões e discrepâncias de tarifas de frete com eficiência.
• Colaborar estreitamente com diversas equipas internas em consultas e processos relacionados com acordos de transporte.
• Conhecimentos e Experiencias Essenciais
• Nível de inglês mínimo B2 para C1 (upper-intermediate) com excelentes capacidades de comunicação e facilidade de adaptação a diferentes culturas.
• Elevada capacidade analítica com domínio avançado de ferramentas do MS Office, com prioridade em Excel.
• Excelente atenção aos detalhes e precisão na execução de tarefas complexas sob pressão de prazos.
• Atitude proativa na resolução de problemas e capacidade de aprendizagem rápida.
• Experiência prévia de trabalho com JIRA ou ferramentas de gestão de tarefas equivalentes seria um bonus.
