Location: Waltham, MA - Headquarters
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join Trinity Life Sciences as an Intern on our Client Tech team. Client Tech is our technology consulting team, responsible for ensuring that the products Trinity builds are deployed in a bespoke manner for each client so that we unlock the full value of our technology for the pharmaceutical and life sciences companies we serve. In this role, the intern will work closely with our team of solution owners, full stack engineers, data engineers, testers, and DevOps team members to help the team move at speed – starting by identifying areas of our delivery work that are currently done manually, and then designing and implementing automation using AI tools and capabilities.
Interns develop their skills by being paired with a senior team member to build key automation assets, gaining hands-on experience, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their skills in a real-world setting. This is a 9-week internship program based out of either Trinity’s headquarters in Waltham, MA or Trinity’s office in New York, NY – interns will be required to work in a hybrid work model, coming into the office about 2-3 days per week. The dates for the program run from June 14 – August 13, 2027. Interns will be paid $35/hour and are expected to work 40 hours/week.
Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Trinity is unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship for visas, including but not limited to TN, H1-B, F-1, and STEM OPT.
Position Responsibilities

- Track efficiency gains and other metrics from automation initiatives, and document best practices for the broader Client Tech team
- Support testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure bespoke client deployments meet quality standards and client needs
Position Requirements
Candidates should be enrolled in a graduate program in a related technical field (e.g., computer science, data engineering, information systems, or similar) with 1 year left in their studies
Prior work experience of 1 to 3 years in software engineering, data engineering, technology consulting, DevOps, QA/testing, or another technical role is desired
Required Skills
- Is a team player who is committed to team success
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams
- Is driven to continually learn, especially about the rapidly evolving field of GenAI and its applications in automating technical work
- Possesses a motivation to spot manual, inefficient processes and reimagine them using automation and AI
- Is energized by diving into the nuances of client-specific technical requirements
- Has the interpersonal skills and professional presence to collaborate and communicate effectively with solution owners, engineers, and other technical stakeholders
