Manager, Learning & Development

THE PURPOSE: The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for building, scaling, and owning the learning ecosystem at True Religion—from frontline retail associates to corporate teams. This role exists to drive a high-performance culture through best-in-class training programs, a fully implemented LMS, and development pathways that directly impact selling behaviors, operational excellence, and employee retention.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in launching and managing a new LMS platform while designing scalable onboarding, product, and leadership development programs, contributing to True Religion’s continued growth by ensuring every team member in-store and at HQ has the tools, knowledge, and skills to perform at their best.
