CRM Associate

THE PURPOSE: As the CRM Associate, you will support the team by executing the day-to-day production of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push. You will bring the CRM Manager’s plans to life—building, scheduling, testing, and deploying messages across our platforms, drafting the briefs behind them, and reporting on how they perform. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for someone who is self-directed and takes real pride in flawless delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in setting up multi-channel journeys across our respective providers and contribute to True Religion’s continued growth by maximizing the reach and impact of our CRM channels.
