What you will do

• This role sits at the intersection of growth and execution. That means the scope will shift as the company evolves, but it will likely include:
• Launching and refining GTM motions
• Strengthening operational systems so the team moves faster
• Designing and running experiments tied to clear outcomes
• Identifying bottlenecks and fixing them
• Turning ambiguous problems into structured plans

• The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and scope of the role. In exceptional cases, offers may fall outside this range.
