The Senior Director leads the engineering function, establishes technical direction, drives work planning and execution, and serves as the ultimate escalation point for architecture and engineering decisions across the agentic engineering portfolio.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience building large-scale software and AI systems, including expertise in Python, modern systems languages such as Go, agentic frameworks, LLM orchestration, retrieval architectures, and enterprise AI platform engineering.
