You'll build expertise in digital analytics implementation by administering and helping own our Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) technical implementations across digital applications and experiences. You'll partner with engineers, architects, product managers, analysts, and business teams to translate measurement needs into reliable technical solutions and collaborate on closely aligned RudderStack event tracking.

This is an early-career role for someone with foundational familiarity and a strong interest in digital measurement, technical problem-solving, and growing into long-term ownership of our analytics implementation.

  • Translate business, product, and measurement requirements into tags, triggers, variables, events, and analytics configurations.
  • Take ongoing ownership of platform administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting, including resolving tracking issues, implementation defects, and production support needs.
  • Test and validate technical analytics implementations to support accurate, reliable data collection.
  • Use browser development tools, analytics platforms, and data to identify root causes and resolve measurement issues.
  • Support analytics projects through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and analysts on RudderStack event tracking and shared measurement standards across digital experiences.
  • Use analytics data and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities to improve measurement quality and implementation effectiveness.
  • Document platform configurations, measurement standards, implementation decisions, and support processes.
  • Develop toward independent ownership of our technical analytics implementation and become a trusted subject matter expert.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, coursework, personal projects, or professional experience.

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Systems thinking and an interest in understanding how technologies, platforms, and business processes work together.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across departments and geographies.
