Branch Sales Team Lead | Tempe, AZ

The Branch Sales Team Lead is responsible for the day to day supervision of an Account Representative sales team dedicated to the development of accounts in a branch. The Team Lead will organize and lead their team in a way to ensure that all accounts have adequate coverage and to promote TTI’s customer and market objectives. The Team Lead will champion for his/her team sound business and quality principles that support TTI’s reputation and mission statement.

This individual is responsible for providing direct guidance and support based upon his/her own sales experiences to ensure growth in key areas such as sales, gross profit, and active numbers of customers within a defined account portfolio. Reports directly to the Sales Manager and/or General Manager.
