ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes CBA / CEA and impact-modeling workstreams under the Lead
Builds baseline models and quantifies alternatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- MA in Economics required; PhD preferred
- 5–10 years OMB A-4 / A-94 experience
- Hands-on IMPLAN, RIMS II, or REMI modeling
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Environmental / resource economics specialization
Prior NOAA fisheries economic assessments
