The Procurement Capabilities and Programmes Manager is responsible for driving capability development across the global Procurement function, now and for the future. The role will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Procurement capability frameworks, performance standards, development of career pathways and the delivery of learning programmes, ensuring the organisation has the knowledge, skills, behaviours and capabilities required to deliver its strategic objectives
