POSITION SUMMARY Owns strategy, discovery, and roadmap prioritization for an assigned product or product area, translating customer and market insight into a validated, prioritized set of initiatives. Operates within UKI’s AI-driven development lifecycle (ADLC): uses AI tooling to validate problems and solutions before engineering time is committed, building working prototypes where that is the fastest way to reduce uncertainty, and writes requirements that engineers and AI agents can execute against. Partners with UX Design and Engineering to drive features from concept through launch, and partners directly with Engineering on delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leads AI-accelerated discovery to validate problems and solutions before Engineering time is committed, partnering with UX Design on research, validation, and design review. When a working prototype is the fastest way to validate a problem, solution, or workflow, builds one with AI-assisted tools, tests it with customers and internal stakeholders, and carries the evidence into prioritization and requirements. Works alongside Engineering in the ADLC harness, from planning and selecting specialists and agents through the build, review, and fix loop, capturing learnings from each cycle and staying current on AI tooling. Writes unambiguous, testable requirements and acceptance criteria that engineers, designers, and AI agents can execute against, paired with a validated prototype or reference where one exists, and partners with Engineering to turn roadmap priorities into a delivery plan. Tracks and reports product-level success metrics after launch, and communicates roadmap status, tradeoffs, and risks to product leadership and stakeholders. Required ● 3–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS ● Experience owning discovery and roadmap decisions for a defined product area ● Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable saying no and explaining why ● Working familiarity with agile delivery models ● Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools (for example Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar); able to produce a working prototype, not only a specification ● Experience working in an AI-assisted or AI-driven development lifecycle, or a demonstrated record of adopting new tooling and ways of working quickly Preferred ● Experience with cybersecurity training, cyber ranges, workforce readiness, or learning platforms (LMS/LXP) ● Experience building for or selling to DoD, federal, or SLED customers, including familiarity with procurement, security, and compliance constraints ● Familiarity with cyber workforce competency frameworks (NICE Framework, DCWF, DoD 8140) and assessment-driven readiness models ● Prior Experience partnering with and directing a delivery team ● A portfolio of prototypes or shipped features you built or materially shaped with AI tooling
