Primary Responsibilities

SRE & Technical Leadership

• Lead SRE practices across business-critical applications and platforms
• Define engineering standards around availability, scalability, resiliency, observability, performance, and recoverability
• Establish and maintain SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets for critical services
• Partner with architects and engineering teams during architecture and production-readiness reviews
• Identify reliability risks across application, infrastructure, data, integration, and dependent-service layers
• Mentor SREs and software engineers on production engineering and troubleshooting practices
• Drive a culture of automation over manual operations
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced Degree in a related technical field
• 5+ years of IT Experience
• 5+ years of DevOps Experience
• 4+ years of experience on Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible/Chef/Puppet)
• 2+ years of experience on Docker and Container Orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• 2+ years of experience on DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins
• 2+ years of experience on Kafka Support
• 2+ years of experience on Monitoring tools and technologies (Splunk, Dynatrace, new relic)

Preferred Qualifications

Infrastructure Engineering Experience

Cloud Experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Automation experience

Good Knowledge on SRE principles

Proven hands on scripting with one or more: YAML, JSON, PowerShell, BASH or Python
