Primary Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and provide meaningful insights
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and deliver data solutions
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data that can inform strategic decisions
• Prepare presentations and documentation of analysis results for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Assist in the development of data collection processes and improvement of existing systems
• Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in data analysis with bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar

Knowledge of statistical programming language such as R/Python

Knowledge of Azure Snowflake/ Databricks and GutHub

Proficiency in SQL for querying databases

Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail

Proven excellent communication skills; able to present complex information clearly
