Primary Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise mobile and backend applications
• Architect and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android
• Design and build scalable Java Spring Boot microservices, APIs, and backend integrations
• Drive technical strategy, solution architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Lead code reviews, technical design sessions, and mentor engineering teams
• Implement AI-DLC and Spec-Driven Development methodologies throughout the software lifecycle
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and quality
• Collaborate with Product, UX, DevOps, Security, and Platform teams to deliver business outcomes
• Drive CI/CD automation, cloud-native adoption, application performance, and operational excellence
• Support production stability, incident resolution, modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

9+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership role

Hands-on expertise with cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Experience leading modernization, digital transformation, and AI-enabled engineering initiatives

Solid experience developing and deploying applications for both iOS and Android platforms

Practical experience using AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot

Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications

Expert knowledge of React Native, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture

Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and AI-DLC development methodologies

Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
