The Role You are a guiding force for all aspects of asset build at Untold Studios. You set and maintain the benchmark for quality.

You are a creative voice through the pitching, planning and execution of work across all projects. You will be ultimately responsible for the asset build tasks across every project at Untold Studios. You are a respected leader; you keep yourself and your team highly motivated. You have a history of delivering outstanding assets and developing workflows in order to craft the highest calibre of VFX work. You have a deep working knowledge of a range of industry standard software.

You are solutions driven and thrive on analysing and solving problems. You help ensure Untold Studios is at the forefront of technical innovation. We are committed to supporting you and your ongoing development. We will work closely with you to establish your personal progression plan. You are never on your own. Your Key Responsibilities: Leading asset build tasks across all projects at Untold Studios. Collaborating with the Rigging Supervisor, Animation Supervisor, Pipeline Supervisor and VFX Supervisors through the pre-production and execution of projects.

Working closely with Producers and Coordinators to manage schedules. Contributing to a clear roadmap in order to develop a robust and highly efficient asset pipeline. Leading and overseeing asset build across multiple projects concurrently. Multitasking, prioritising and effective time management. Effectively managing expectations internally. Creating opportunities to establish and nurture wider relationships with software suppliers and technical innovators.

Listening to & interpreting feedback, then addressing in a constructive and efficient way. Mentoring artists through a project and beyond. Being an ambassador for Untold Studios, through attending industry events, producing publications, public speaking and outreach opportunities.
