As People OPS & Office Manager, you will own the people operations and office backbone of our DACH organization. You will play a critical role across people operations (payroll, contracts, employee lifecycle), HR administration and compliance , and office management for our Berlin sites (Upcenter and managers), working closely with the GM DACH and our external partners (accountant, payroll provider, service providers).
This role is ideal for a highly organized, people person, detail-oriented person who thrives on running reliable processes autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
