We buy, refurbish, and resell e-Bikes through a rigorous technical process, making sustainable mobility more accessible while delivering a seamless and reliable customer experience. The US is one of Upway's biggest and fastest-growing markets, and we're looking for a Social & Content Associate to help build our brand and content presence in the US.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves social media, understands what makes great content, and is excited to turn ideas into content people actually want to watch, share, and engage with. You'll play a key role in shaping how Upway shows up across social, CRM, SEO/GEO, our website, and broader marketing campaigns. You will report to the US Marketing lead, and work closely with the US marketing team, global Marketing team, freelancers, creators and cross-functional teams to create content that builds the brand while supporting our business goals.
