Senior Engineering Manager

We are looking for a senior Engineering Manager to lead our Ops & Demand engineering team, the engineers who build the tools our operations teams run on (reconditioning, logistics, inventory, customer service) and the Shopify online store our customers buy from. The team has 6 engineers and two Product Managers, one for Ops and one for Demand, and will grow as the business does. The engineering organization is about 20 engineers across two impact teams (Ops & Demand, B2B Supply), a Platform team and two Staff Engineers.

You report to the VP Engineering and work closely with the CPO, the Product Managers and the operations and commercial leaders of each region. Why Upway?
