- We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in New York, NY.
- In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making across the business.
- Develop and implement business models and forecasting techniques that improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align business planning initiatives with BNY’s strategic objectives.
- Provide clear financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support informed decisions.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and policy requirements while ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to strengthen business performance.
- To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
