- We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in New York, NY.
- In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Contribute to product development and strategy for moderately sized products with limited complexity or small, non-complex products, with limited guidance.
- Drive the development of key products and solutions with significant business impact.
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert within the product management team and across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with VP Product Managers and Directors to align and execute product strategy, while influencing product direction for critical and highly innovative products.
- Lead complex, strategically important product initiatives, including product launch and go-to-market strategy.
- Provide competitive, market, and financial analysis to support broader product decisions and build expertise across relevant platforms, products, and services.
- To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- 8–10+ years of product management experience, including creating strategic product roadmaps and working cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.
- Prior experience in the financial industry preferred.
- Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
- Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, influence, strategic vision, and operational execution skills.
