- We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Production Services to join our Production Services CTOC MIM Team. This role is located in Singapore.
- In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Acting as primary point of contact for all incident escalations and management, across TSG and key business operations areas.
- Monitoring P1/P2/P3 incidents for engagement, impact assessment, progress and escalation and overall command and control.
- Monitoring scheduled changes to ensure unexpected developments are properly addressed; high risk change status is updated in a timely fashion and change/incident correlation is performed.
- Leading operations status calls at beginning and end of day.
- Providing decisions with subject matter expert input across all disciplines
- Communications and status updates for major incidents
- Commanding and participation in Datacenter disaster recovery tests
- Partnering with Cyber teams to manage incidents.
- To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 - 12 years of related infrastructure or application support experience required;
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- Experience in People Leadership role is a plus
