About the role

Manage development projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to customer acceptance and manufacturing transfer.
Define and execute project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
Act as a key interface with engineering teams in Malaysia and other international stakeholders.
Drive project and knowledge transfer activities between Switzerland and Malaysia.
Provide technical leadership and challenge technical assumptions when necessary to ensure achievement of project objectives and deadlines.
Make timely and sound decisions in complex or high-pressure situations.
Communicate project status, issues, risks, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Act as a deputy to the Product Engineering Manager when required, supporting team coordination, prioritization, and day-to-day decision-making.
