Accounting Services Associate II

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Services Associate II with strong SAP expertise to join our Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in invoice processing, month-end reporting, and end-to-end Accounts Payable operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
• Perform invoice matching, exception handling, and vendor query resolution.
• Execute payment processing activities and ensure compliance with AP controls and policies.
• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze month-end reports and AP metrics.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAP.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in the Accounts Payable domain.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory).
• Experience in month-end reporting and closing activities.
• Strong experience in processing large volumes of invoices.
• Good understanding of AP workflows, invoice validation, and payment processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
