- Knowledge in AP Process
- Expertise in Disbursement / Payment activities
- Must have expertise in payment processing (Schedule / UPR / ACH ) and navigation in bank portal for approvals
- At least 4 to 5 year of experience in payment processing
- Mandatory to have SAP knowledge (processing of transactions)
- Should have excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
- Have insight in reporting like SLA, KPI, BI etc
- Good knowledge in SLA calculation of payment activity
- Willing to work in any shift and WFO no hybrid model
