The Associate Business Process Analyst will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape and evolve a core product offering. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT development team, you will translate business needs into technical specifications, prioritize enhancements, and ensure the product remains usable, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for product enhancements.
Translate requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
Collaborate with IT to design, develop, and test new product features.
Analyze existing product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prioritize backlog items based on business impact, feasibility, and ROI.
Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in business analysis or product support roles.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement‑tracking tools.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and technical concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and diagramming tools; experience with JIRA or similar is a plus.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
