As a Client Delivery Lead within our Digital Audit team, you will have a unique opportunity to help transform how we execute audits for some of the largest and most complex businesses in the market. You will shape and oversee the delivery of data analytics, automation and digital solutions that improve audit quality, efficiency and insight.
This role combines strong delivery leadership with big-picture thinking. You will challenge the status quo, work with audit teams to redesign processes and turn complex data and audit requirements into scalable, well-governed solutions. You will have day-to-day ownership of client delivery, including quality, prioritisation, resource allocation, stakeholder communication and the timely escalation of risks and issues.
You will guide and develop Senior Data Analysts and the wider team. You will also collaborate with counterparts in other countries and with global product teams to share ideas, scale successful approaches and identify opportunities for solutions developed in Ireland to have broader application.
Key responsibilities
Own the day-to-day delivery of workflows, automations and digital audit products across the team, ensuring work is accurate, timely and aligned with audit requirements.
Help transform the execution of audits for large and complex businesses by challenging existing approaches, identifying opportunities for automation and redesigning processes to improve quality, efficiency and insight.
Lead discussions with audit teams to understand business processes, audit objectives, pain points and data requirements, translating these into practical and scalable digital solutions.
Give data acquisition a central focus by overseeing the identification, extraction, transfer, validation and reconciliation of data from complex ERP environments, fund administrators and other third-party systems.
Review workflows and products developed by the team, providing strong technical and methodological challenge and ensuring solutions are controlled, documented, tested and fit for purpose before deployment.
Review key outputs before they are provided to audit teams, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency and clear alignment with the intended audit procedure.
Maintain clear oversight of the delivery pipeline, deadlines, team capacity, dependencies and delivery risks, allocating resources appropriately and providing regular updates to the Head of Digital Audit.
Act as a key point of contact for Audit Managers, Partners and other stakeholders, agreeing priorities and setting clear expectations on scope, timelines, responsibilities and delivery risk.
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and technical guidance to Senior Data Analysts and the wider team, supporting effective delegation, problem-solving and professional development.
Collaborate with Digital Audit counterparts across other countries to exchange ideas, share reusable assets and scale successful solutions across the international network.
Work with global product teams to inform product development and adoption, and identify where locally developed solutions could be incorporated into or applied across broader platforms.
Promote consistent standards for solution design, development, testing, documentation, review, deployment and ongoing support, and provide hands-on technical support for complex, high-risk or time-critical engagements.
