Directs the activities of diverse Information Technology (IT) groups and teams. Provides overall leadership and technical expertise in the development, definition and execution of various programs, projects, operations and applications. Identifies opportunities for enhancing IT organizational capabilities to support and achieve current, evolving and anticipated business objectives. Serves as technical expert and change agent, determining how best to maximize the company's technical capabilities, update and enhance technical systems, applications and processes.
Ensures the identification and maintenance of state-of-the-art technologies. Ensures technologies achieve all applicable quality and security expectations.
Provides clear direction to an assigned staff of IT personnel.
Manages team and individual goals, conducting performance reviews and mentoring and growing team and individual capability.
Exercises judgment in planning and organizing work, monitoring performance and reporting on status.
Manages project timelines and coordinates with other teams to achieve milestones.
Ensures team members have the processes and technical skills to deliver consistent performance, high quality results and value to client.

Applies strong knowledge of programming, technologies, processes and methodologies to develop, maintain and support business applications.

Identifies and resolves business issues, escalating when appropriate.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Typically has 6-8 years of experience in Information Technology and typically 0-2 years leadership experience.
- Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
