• Essential Function: The Paid Media Specialist is a motivated team player that partners with cross-functional departments to communicate the brand story and achieve overall digital marketing goals.

Primary Duties

• Serve as liaison between Sally Beauty/CosmoProf marketing teams and agency partners to drive digital customer acquisition and retention campaigns in channels such as SEM, SEO, Display, and Affiliates.
• Manage briefing and execution of promotional calendar and priorities to drive in-store and online traffic.
• Coordinate and proof creative assets for all digital marketing channels.
• Understand internal KPIs and monitor campaign performance across paid channels.
• Leverage internal and external reporting to provide digital marketing strategy support and campaign optimization.
• Attend regular meetings with cross-functional teams and agency partners.

Knowledge, Skills Abilities

• Bachelors degree required
• 2 years related digital marketing experience, preferably in Retail
• SEM, Display and Paid Social experience strongly preferred
• Google Analytics, SA360, Facebook Ads, and/or Workfront experience a plus

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
