About the Role

We are looking for a creative Photographer & Videographer who can capture moments in unique and engaging ways. We want someone who looks beyond the obvious, thinks creatively, and finds interesting ways to turn everyday moments into compelling visual stories.

From corporate events and team outings to employee engagement activities and company culture, you should be able to bring your own ideas, experiment with different styles, and create visuals that stand out.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of corporate events, team outings, employee activities, and company initiatives.
• Come up with creative ideas and concepts to make everyday moments visually engaging.
• Experiment with camera angles, framing, composition, lighting, and movement to create impactful visuals.
• Capture candid moments, team interactions, behind-the-scenes content, and company culture.
• Handle camera equipment, lighting, and audio setups to ensure quality production.
• Identify opportunities to create engaging content for social media, employer branding, and internal communications.
• Edit and enhance photographs to maintain visual quality and consistency.
• Organize and manage photographs, raw footage, and other creative assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams while contributing original ideas and creative perspectives.
• Stay updated with photography and videography trends, techniques, and creative styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of photography, videography, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to think creatively and approach shoots with fresh ideas.
• Knowledge of camera handling, framing, exposure, and lighting techniques.
• Familiarity with photography and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for capturing interesting moments.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and bring creative ideas to life.
• A portfolio showcasing photography and videography work.
