Education
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in finance or related stream.
Professional / Technical Qualifications / Diplomas
- Experience in data management, reporting, documentation, and coordination activities is preferred
- Understanding of Retail Banking Products and Policies relevant to the products.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions
Other Skills Required for the Job
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and follow up effectively with different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential banking information
