• Varco Home Health & Hospice is looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Entry-Level Recruiter to join our Irving Texas office!
• This position will work closely with our HR team to identify staffing needs, connect with potential candidates, and support the hiring process.
• No previous recruiting experience required! We're looking for someone with a great personality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and assist with finding qualified candidates.
• Make outgoing calls and follow up with potential candidates.
• Review applications and identify candidates who meet job requirements.
• Use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applicants and track recruiting activity.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain organized and accurate candidate records.
• Support the HR team with daily recruiting and hiring activities.
• Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking on the phone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior recruiting or HR experience required!
