Commercial Operations Coordinator

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Operations

• Manage end-to-end commercial processes from customer onboarding to contract execution in the ERP system.
• Support, quotations, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely execution of commercial activities.
• Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Licensing & Contract Management

• Manage licensing agreements, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain an accurate repository of commercial contracts and licensing documentation.
• Track contract milestones, expiration dates, and renewal opportunities.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled by internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in Finance or Revenue Management.

Required Skills

• Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
