Leyland, United Kingdom In person Full-time

Supply Chain Manager – MFI About MFI MFI is back, and we’re building something truly special! As an ambitious, exclusively online home brand, MFI is dedicated to helping our customers create beautiful, inspiring spaces right across the home—from cozy bedrooms to stylish dining rooms. We’re growing fast, and our newly established Product Team is looking for a sharp, proactive, and commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to ensure our carefully curated ranges get from initial plan to our warehouses with speed, precision, and efficiency.

The Role As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be the operational engine powering the MFI product lifecycle. Working closely alongside our Buyers, Commercial Finance Senior Manager, and central Imports team, you’ll take full ownership of stock availability, delivery schedules, and purchase order accuracy. Whether you’re optimising WSSIs, managing drop-ship data, or fine-tuning international container builds, your day-to-day work will directly keep our digital shelves stocked and our customers delighted.

What You’ll Be Doing Stock & Intake Management: Forecast stock requirements across categories and product lines, leading regular WSSI updates, tracking KPIs, and agreeing buys with senior leadership. Trading & Commercial Strategy: Partner with the Commercial Finance Senior Manager to analyse sales and margin performance, feeding vital insights and stock updates into weekly trading reviews. Order & Delivery Ownership: Maintain robust purchase orders, handle Advance Shipping Notices, and manage delivery schedules so the wider business has crystal-clear visibility on incoming stock.

Supplier Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with suppliers—managing delivery slots, cancellations, replenishment orders, Open-to-Buy budgets, clearance buys, and markdown proposals. Logistics & Drop-Ship Coordination: Collaborate with the central Imports team on international container builds and keep drop-ship supplier data running seamlessly. Customer Experience & Process Improvement: Monitor changing market trends and customer ordering patterns (actioning manual splits where required), while proactively identifying ways to streamline systems across the product lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For Industry Experience: A background in eCommerce, merchandising support, retail administration, or supply chain coordination. Product Passion: A genuine passion for interior design, homewares, and furniture. Data & Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with product management databases/ERP software. Detail & Drive: Outstanding organizational skills, obsessive attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Fast-Paced Agility: Ability to pick up new processes quickly and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Great Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across the group, warehouse teams, and external global suppliers alike. Why Join Us? This is an exciting opportunity to join a iconic, high-profile brand in its next chapter of online growth.

You’ll be right at the heart of our journey, working with a tight-knit, collaborative team where your operational improvements will make a real, visible impact every single day. Ready to Apply?
