Lead the projects bringing what’s next in wine to market!
Love managing complex projects, bringing different teams together and making things happen when there isn’t always a clear roadmap?
We’re looking for an experienced FMCG project leader, based in either Melbourne or Sydney, to lead a significant pipeline of innovation across Vinarchy’s ANZ and Asia businesses.
You don’t need to come from a traditional Innovation background. You might currently work in Brand, Marketing, Category, Commercial, Sales, NPD or Innovation. What matters is that you’re a strong project leader who takes ownership, navigates ambiguity and knows how to get things done.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple innovation projects end-to-end, from brief to launch
- Bring together cross-functional teams and keep complex projects moving at pace
- Drive commercialisation across pricing, financials and go-to-market activity
- Lead product, packaging, design and agency workstreams
- Prioritise what matters most, proactively solving problems and removing roadblocks
What You'll Bring
- Strong end-to-end project management experience within FMCG, beverage or another fast-paced consumer environment
- A track record of managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
- Commercial acumen, sound judgement and strong prioritisation skills
- Comfort working through ambiguity, changing priorities and problems that don’t always come with a ready-made solution
- A proactive approach: you take ownership, seek out answers and keep things moving rather than waiting for direction
- Experience in innovation, NPD or commercialisation will be highly regarded, but you don’t need to currently work in an Innovation role.
- Why Vinarchy?
- Vinarchy is the global wine business behind brands including Jacob’s Creek, Hardys, Campo Viejo, Stoneleigh, Brancott Estate, Mud House, Grant Burge, St Hugo and Church Road.
- Innovation is a major priority for our business. You’ll have visibility with senior leaders, exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to influence how new ideas move from concept to market.
- If you thrive on complexity, pace and making things happen, we’d love to hear from you.
- Apply today! Or get in touch for a confidential chat.
- At Vinarchy, we are dedicated to building a diverse, dynamic and inclusive culture and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
- Prospective candidates will be required to provide proof of legal work rights and may be required to undertake relevant, role-appropriate pre‑employment screening.
- If you require any reasonable adjustments to participate in the recruitment process at any stage, please let us know. #LI-DNI
