Retail Allocator

Here at Vivobarefoot, we’re recruiting a Retail Allocator to join our team. 📍 Wrington, Bristol: 2 days a week at our Nature HQ As our Retail Allocator you’ll own allocation and replenishment across our three stores, lead the weekly retail trade, and help plan stock for new openings. You’ll report to the Demand Planner and work closely with Retail, Visual Merchandising and the operations team.

We’re a small team, so you’ll get real ownership and a say in how things are done. Vivobarefoot is a digital-first organisation, and we use AI to help us work smarter. You’ll have the chance to build out new processes and automations that make allocation more efficient, accurate and easier. WHERE YOU'LL PLAY Allocate stock efficiently to maximise store sales and meet store requirements Manage stock allocations for retail, working closely with the Retail team Update stock targets for individual stores and locations Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to find areas to improve and optimise Provide product reporting for the DTC channels Support the Merchandising team with intake management across all channels Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team Plan stock for new store openings Support the Merchandising team in leveraging data and analytics.

Support other merchandising tasks and projects as needed ALL ABOUT YOU Allocation experience, ideally in footwear or fashion retail (a strong merchandising admin background could also work) Confident with large data sets in Excel Great communication and used to dealing with multiple stakeholders Accuracy and attention to detail when checking stock and sales data, and able to manage and reprioritise competing deadlines You enjoy improving processes and automating repetitive tasks Bonus: StockIQ or similar forecasting software Salary to be discussed upon application Vivobarefoot believes that diversity is the essence of its ecosystem.
