VIZZIA AT A GLANCE Vizzia helps local authorities keep public spaces clean and safe. Our customers are mayors, elected officials and municipal departments. Every deal you close is the start of a real project for a town and its residents. 250+ municipalities are already equipped across France, and we're scaling fast. The territory is our basic unit, and the Account Executive runs it. THE ROLE You own a territory of municipalities and inter-municipal bodies, on both products (Waste and Safety), from first contact to signature and beyond.
You drive the strategy end to end: discovery, building the project with the municipality, tender response with pre-sales (you own the deal, they own the deliverable), negotiation, award and handover. - Develop new opportunities all the way to signature. - Grow existing accounts. A Waste client with a video-protection project, or a Safety client whose estate is expanding, is a built-in expansion path. - Own the prospecting strategy with your Territorial Business Developer.
Together you form a pod: you decide where and why we call. You report to the Regional Director, who coaches your deals and runs your weekly pipeline review. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Work your territory. Map your municipalities (elected officials, budget calendar, existing equipment) and keep a territory plan up to date. - Run discovery. Identify the decision-maker early, qualify the pain and the cost of inaction, and anticipate the purchasing route (direct award, MAPA, tender).
You don't pitch before you understand. - Build and close. Demo, proposal, tender response, negotiation, and support up to prefectoral authorisation. Every deal has a dated next step. - Own your pipeline. HubSpot is your source of truth and your Monday commit is reliable. - Keep improving. VizziAcademy, call reviews, and feedback put into practice on the next deal. Your first 90 days: certified on both products and running discovery alone by day 30, target pipeline coverage by day 60, a first deal past the presentation stage by day 90.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A territory owner who builds their own deals rather than waiting for them, and who goes the distance. Must-haves - Complex sales experience. 3+ years of relevant AE experience in B2B on long cycles, with multiple stakeholders. You've hit your quota and can explain how. - Autonomy and rigor. You run a territory like a small business, with a clean CRM and a reliable forecast. - Comfort with technical topics.
Cameras, networks, hosting and regulation. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can hold the conversation with an IT director or a municipal police chief. - Team spirit. You play for your pod's results and share what works. Nice-to-haves - Experience selling to local authorities or the public sector - Knowledge of public procurement (MAPA, tenders, subsidies) - Experience with a hardware offering or a heavily regulated product WHAT WE OFFER - A territory of your own.
Not a rotating list of leads: municipalities you know and work over the long term. - A pod. A dedicated Business Developer who builds your pipeline with you. - Teams that deliver. Pre-sales, CS, marketing and public affairs each have a deliverable for your pod. - Real sales training through the VizziAcademy: playbook, best-calls library, certification, deal coaching. - Real career paths. We promote from within (BDRs becoming AEs), and the team is growing fast, with new countries ahead. - A meaningful mission.
Every deal you sign helps a city become cleaner and safer.
