Responsibilities

• Verwalten und Überwachen von Projekten vom Start bis zum Abschluss mit Fokus auf Timing, Budget und Qualität.
• Erstellen und Überwachen von Budgets, Forecasts und Ressourcenplänen.
• Kundeninteraktion pflegen, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und das Projektmanagement entsprechend anzupassen.
• Arbeiten in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams, um unterschiedliche Perspektiven zu integrieren.
• Entwicklung und Implementierung klarer Abläufe, um transparente und verlässliche Kommunikation sicherzustellen.
• Status quo hinterfragen und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
• Offenheit für KI und neue Technologien zeigen, um innovative Tools und Arbeitsweisen zu erkunden.

Qualifications

Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Begleitung von vielseitigen Projekten.

Fähigkeit zur sicheren Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.

Affinität für Zahlen sowie Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement.

Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Bereitschaft, in einem der Standorte Berlin oder Düsseldorf in Vollzeit zu arbeiten.
