US Tax Manager

Job Summary

We’re seeking a U.S. Tax Manager to join our growing tax team, responsible for overseeing the U.S. tax compliance and reporting process, as well as assisting with strategic tax planning for Vencora on an international scale. This is a newly-created role, arising from Growth. Reporting to the Global Senior Tax Manager, you will be working closely with our U.S. and international Finance Teams and play a pivotal role in developing tax-efficient solutions and processes to support all aspects of U.S. compliance, reporting and diligence.

This role is ideal for someone who possesses meticulous attention to detail, thrives on delivering results, excels at recommending solutions to complex tax challenges, and is comfortable working flexible hours within a dynamic, high-growth environment. Strong social skills, a welcoming phone manner, and a proactive, self-starting attitude are essential. Your exceptional organizational skills ensure no detail goes unnoticed. As a collaborative team player, you work seamlessly within a team but can also drive projects to completion independently when necessary
