Over 6 months, starting on 1 March 2027, you’ll gain hands-on experience and insights into the financial industry while building lasting connections in a globally recognized investment firm.
What would your role be?
Discover the full lifecycle of structured and OTC products, from issuance and booking to documentation and client setup
Learn from experienced professionals across Sales, Trading and Operations, with real mentorship along the way
Contribute from day one by supporting real client and business requests in a fast-paced financial markets environment
Help coordinate our international white-labelling partners and gain a global perspective early in your career
Get hands-on exposure to payment and settlement processes and see how they drive transaction execution
Take part in real projects focused on operational improvements and process optimization
Bring your technological background and AI know-how: we value interns with programming, data or automation skills who are curious about AI and keen to use modern AI tools to make our processes smarter and more efficient
Build a strong foundation in investment products, financial markets and banking operations, a great launchpad for your career in finance
What are we looking for?
Ownership: You are curious and get involved. You ask why a process works the way it does, offer to help where your team needs it, and see your own projects through from start to finish.
Tenacity: You are driven and self-dependent. When the data doesn’t add up or the first approach fails, you look for another way and you come back with an answer.
Foresight: You are a pro-active self-starter with a can-do mentality. You spot what’s coming and you take the initiative to solve it before it becomes a problem.
What sets you apart
AI literacy: You use AI tools to research, analyze and draft faster, and you double-check their output before you rely on it.
Collaboration: You work well with others and build your network. You reach out to colleagues beyond your own team, learn how other parts of the bank work, and share what you find.
What you need to apply
You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or graduated within the last two years, in finance, technology or a related field.
You have a genuine interest in the financial sector.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken. German, French or Italian is a plus.
You hold a valid work permit for the location you are applying to.
