Systems Engineer, Level 3

VOR Technology is a privately held, veteran owned small business that provides Cyber Intelligence Solutions to government, private industry and critical infrastructure. Our areas of expertise include Computer Network Defense (CND), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Cyber Forensics. We aim to use our technical skill set in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Information Assurance (IA) to support global Cyber operations and mission training.

VOR Technology is seeking a Systems Engineer Director who applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle. VOR Technology is searching for a candidate whose responsibilities will include:

Maintaining user accounts and management of MSPS license pool.

Performing systems engineering activities and assists in the preparation of a work product in areas associated with the ISO/IEC 15288.

Performing analysis of technical alternatives for a project and make preliminary recommendations.

Independently analyzing and recommending alternatives for elements of project’s technical design.

*All Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph

Six (6) years' systems engineering experience supporting DoD/IC programs.

Familiarity with the software development life-cycle and information security engineering desired.

Experience with Technical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification

Experience with Project Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management

Experience with Enterprise Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Life-cycle Model Management, Quality Management

Familiarity with Agreement Process Area - Acquisition and Supply

Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree (System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline)

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope clearance
