Technical Project Manager Level II

Location: Cleveland ,OH,United States The unique role of Project ManagerLevel II provides the potential candidate an opportunity to lead three key typesof project initiatives within Vox Mobile. Project initiatives will be in thefollowing areas: Client Managed Services & Professional ServicesDeployments, Internal IT & Operations as well as Custom ApplicationDevelopment. Collaboratively working with the Client Experience Management Teamto develop best practices and key tools for client deployments and also workingwith the Sales Team to ensure Vox Mobile’s capabilities are accuratelyreflected in proposed Statements of Work will be a large part of the ProjectManager’s position.

The potential candidate should also have a respectableamount of work related experience (internal or external) within a technologybased environment as Vox Mobile is a fast growing leader within the technologyindustry. The Project Manager will report to the Director of ApplicationDevelopment and/or the V.P. of Operations on a regular basis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: § Allaspects of the project including initiation, planning, execution, control &closing § AnUnderstanding Vox Mobile’s full offering suite in a client environment &full comprehension of the project scope & objectives. § Selection,assembly & role identification of team and team members while identifying theappropriate resources needed. § Ensuretimely completion of project with the development of an organized schedule. § Knowledgeof each team member’s role function in order to effectively coordinateactivities.

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements: § 4year degree in related field or academic training of equivalent § ProjectManagement Professional (PMP®) Certification is preferred § 3-5years experience as a Project Manager in a 25+ employee environment § Backgroundwithin the industry of technology &ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of technology § Experience& ability to work within Microsoft Project & Microsoft Visio as well asability to learn quickly key systems within Company. § Excellentorganization skills with the ability to drive departmental project objectivesthrough to completion, and motivate others accordingly. § Excellentinterpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interacteffectively with others internal and external to the Company, which includesbut is not limited to senior and middle management levels. § Adaptabilityto a fast paced work environment For consideration of the available positionplease submit resume, cover letter & salary requirements to [email protected] The available position is offeredoptional benefits of medical, dental & vision as well as optional 401Kpackages.
