Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management

Position Summary... What you'll do... Role Summary: Drive meaningful improvements across the Reverse Network by turning operational challenges and data into sustainable solutions. This role partners cross-functionally to improve recovery, resolve complex issues, reduce waste and cost, and strengthen execution across while delivering a better experience for our 3Pl’s, Liquidators and the business. About the Team: Our Team connects people, processes, data, and operations to keep used assets moving efficiently through the network.

We serve Stores/Clubs, DC’s/FC’s and the Home Office by partnering with 3PL’s, transportation and other business owners to solve problems, improve service levels, and identify areas for continuous improvement What you'll go. .. Data procurement, validation and analysis from 3PL’s. Lead cross-functional process improvements that increase efficiency, service, and product flow for used IT assets. Maximize IT recovery with 3PL partnerships and operational performance improvement.

Identify opportunities to eliminate waste and reduce costs across the IT Asset space. Drive stakeholder alignment, execution, and accountability against KPI’s. What you'll bring.... Program management experience with analyzing operations, performance, and process opportunities. Ability to translate data and complex problems into actionable solutions. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing key stakeholders and 3PL’s.

Ability to manage competing priorities while driving measurable results. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in program management, logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
